Christmas Tree Hunt
This year we decided to go with my in-laws to cut down our christmas tree. In the past we have done this, you don't always end up with the most beautiful tree, but the experiance is fun. It has been so much colder than it usually is this time of year, so we had to bundle everyone up really well. We all piled into the vehicles and headed up the mountain. It took quite a bit of searching to even find any, I think they sent too many to California this year:) Any way we finally found a few along one of the mountain trails and everyone piled out to find the perfect one. It was so cold and the wind was blowing really hard! Needless to say I think we may have settled a litlle. We ended up with a cute Charli Brown tree. When we got it home I was a little skeptical, but once the lights and ornaments were put on it looked pretty cute! And of course the girls had fun which is all that really matters! Merry Christmas Everyone!

Happy Halloween!
Well, as usual we are running late on our blogging. I know we are almost at thanksgiving, but I thought I should share a little bit of the fun that we had this Halloween. The morning began with some pumpkin decorating. I am the only one in my family who enjoys carving pumpkins, but I was tired of carving three or four each year. So I decided to carve one pumpkin and let the little ones paint there pumpkins. They were so excited! I set up a sheet on the dining room floor, set out a bunch of paint and let them have at it. Very funny how different my girls are, Gabby painted a nice pumpkin and had a spot of paint on her the size of dime. Gracie on the other hand was covered from head to toe with paint. My mom got to come share the Halloween weekend with us and really got into the spirit, costume included:). We got the girls dressed up, Gabby was Tinkerbell and Gracie was a peacock. They looked so adorable! Then we were off to trick or treat. The art of trick or treating has drastically changed since I moved here. They do not go door to door like at home, the houses are further apart, with long driveways and mostly all gravel roads. So we instead go to the outlet mall in town and all the stores hand out a lot of candy. Then we hop in the car and make the required stops at the houses of friends and family. I kind of miss the old way, but the kids have fun and they don't know any different. Needless to say they made a nice haul and had a great time. Now we look forward to the next holiday, my favorite Thanksgiving!!!

Colorado, the secret getaway
I have been feeling like my husband and I needed some alone time, especially with another baby on the way. So I got the idea for our anniversary, which was in the end of August, to take him on a secret getaway. I couldn't do it in August because too much was going on with my sister's wedding and schhol starting, so I decided on the last week of september. I knew I didn't have a huge budget, but that I wanted to go somewhere neither of us had been before, so I chose Colorado. I booked the trip in secret and then arranged with my husband's boss to give him a few days off. It was pretty difficult keeping the secret for so long, but so worth it. The morning we were supposed to leave I let the alarm go off, and then just didn't get out of bed. He of course started telling me I was going to be late and to get up. I explained that we weren't going to go to work today and we were going to go on a trip instead. He didn't believe a word I said....I explained the whole plan excluding destination. Still he wouldn't beleive me!!!! I pulled the packed suitcase out from under the bed and he just stood there with a crazy look on his face. Finally he went to his work computer to download his route and it came up, you don't have a route today....finally it clicked. He just couldn't believ that I could pull off a secret like that, I'm a horrible liar. My mom soon after showed up to stay with the girls and we were off. I didn't tell him we where we were going until on the way to the airport. Boy was he surprised we haven't been on a plane since our honeymoon 7 yrs ago. WE had a fabulous time in Colorado. We ate great food and saw very neat things. We rode the train up to Pike's Peak, so gorgeous!! It was 87 degrees at the bottom and 12 degrees at the top though..brrrrr!!! We went to the Indian cliff dwellings, the musuems, zoo and more. It was so fun and relaxing to just be together and reaquaint ourselves. We all have a habit of getting caught up in the day to day and forget to take time to tend our marriages. I really missed my kids, it was the longest I had ever been away from them(4 days), but I was so glad that we did it. My husband is not a big traveler, so I was exstatic that he said he had a great time and that he wanted to plan the trip nex year....YAH!!!
School has started
It's official I have a child in school....AAAAHHH! I think school is such a big milestone that makes me feel old. Gabby started preschool this year, and she was so excited where as I was a nervous wreck. I was so afraid that we would get there and she would panic and chase me out of the school. She is such a sensitive child and has recently been having some seperation anxiety. That morning I got up and tried to prepare myself for the worst case sernerio and what I would do if it happened. Funny thing is we walked into the school found her coat hook and classroom and when it was time to leave, she did fine. Her eyes got a little big and she looked nervous but she just gave me a hug and said "I'll be OK mommy." So I left and cried all the way to work. My baby is growing up so quickly and I am so proud of her, she is doing so well and she always can't wait for the next school day. They go monday, wednesday, and friday mornings. It has been more of an adjustment for Gracie, she has never been without her sister and she has had some trouble. She begs Gabby not to go, but I'm sure once she adjusts she'll enjoy the alone time.
Gracie is TWO!!!
I can't believe how behind I have gotten on my blogging. On the fourth of September my little one turned two years old. Time just goes so quickly....we feel so blessed to have her in our lives. She is so different from her sister, and already so full of personality. She keeps us on our toes and makes us giggle ona daily basis. Since Heidi and I had our babies on the same day and we have all the same friends we again decided to have a joint b-day party for Gracie and Jacob. What a great party!!! We rented a huge slide and a bouncy house and boy was it a hit! The kids all had so much fun. It was a little warm that day so the dads got the idea of turning the big slide into a water slide. It turned into a wet and wild day!! I just love the fact that we got to experiance being pregnant together, labor together and now raising our babies together. On their birthday's it just reminds us how lucky we are to have such precious gifts from God.

My poor little one!
I know now as a mom of two what people say when they allude to getting gray hair from their children! I am surprised that my whole head isn't covered with it. In the four short years I've been a mom, my kids have already put us through a number of things. I can't help but get a little nervous about another one on the way, I suppose it will only get worse. The other night I was coming home from work when Jed called and asked how soon I was going to get home. I told him in a few minutes, why? He told me that Gracie had fallen and was pretty hurt. Of course all the worst things go through your mind. Do we need to go to the hospital? I asked, he said he didn't know yet. Automatically the foot hits the gas and I rush home. When I walk in my poor baby was lying in her daddy's arms, his entire shirt covered in blood. She tripped and fell hitting her mouth. She chipped her front tooth and completely ripped up her gums. It took quite a long while to stop the blood. We took her to the dentist the next day, but we were lucky and found out that the gums will heal and the chip didn't expose the nerve so...she will just have a smile full of character now! Talk about a feeling of de ja vou, when Gabby was three she fell on a bookshelf at Grandma's and knocked her two front teeth in half. After a surgery and a hefty bill she has a nice set of caps on her teeth. They really should find a way to put kids in bubbles:) I don't know how much I can take!!

We Are Having a baby!!!
Jed and I wanted to have one more baby in a year or so...boy were we surprised when I found out a couple of weeks ago we were having a baby. I suffer from fertility problems and was told by four different doctors that without high doses of fertility medication I could not have a baby. I do not ovulate, so I haven't been using birth control. Apparently, the doctor I spoke to said that every so often, perhaps once every couple years I could ovulate. Who Knew?!! So that must have been what happened. It was a little sooner that I would have planned, but We are still very excited about it. At times I do get nervous, after all I am only one woman with two hands and I'm going to have three children under the age of five. I'm sure I will get the hang of it eventually. The baby is due April 4th. I am going to try to enjoy this pregnancy as much as possible knowing that it will be my last. I don't care whether it is a boy or girl, as long as it's healthy. The girl's are very excited and are already asking a lot of questions. It's crazy to think in just a few short months, our family will be complete!
Lacey's wedding
My little sister got married on August 15th!!! She was married at a little schoolhouse out in the country, by our cousin. It was a beautiful ceremony and a very fun reception. I am so proud of her and Ryan. They both looked so good. Lacey's dress was stunning and Ryan was very handsome. We are all so happy for them and we can't wait to watch their new lives unfold. I hope that they are happy for many years to come. I also hope that they have babies soon! I need some more nieces and nephews!! No pressure you two! I love you both so much and I was privilaged to be a part of your special day!! More photos to come!
Mt. Hood
The last weekend of July we went camping with my parents and some friends from work. It was a real blast! This type of camping is more my style. We went to a camp ground by Mt. Hood. There were these little rustic cabins that were so adorable.I felt like the three little bears. It was a two room cabin with a bedroom and livingroom. There wasn't a kitchen or bathroom, but we love to BBQ anyway. There were a lot of neat bicycle trails, good swimming and a nice playground for the children. We really enjoyed visitng with our friends, laughing and being outdoors. The trip was pretty eventful! There was a rousing game of volleyball put on by a fine group of athletes. A keg provided some very exciting entertainment, if see any pictures of me sucking on the tap, relax they were totally photoshopped. I hope that our great friends will remember to invite us again next year!! Here's to more memories!
Bachlorette weekend
Last month we went to Florence, OR about two hour south from here to celebrate my sister's bachlorette weekend! There were like ten or eleven of us that went, and we had a blast. We played games, shopped, and of course drank. It was a such a fun and relaxing way to help Lacey celebrate leaving her single life behind. On Saturday we went to the lake, the house we were renting was right on the lake and had it's own dock. We all blew up our air mattresses and tied them all together with a rope. We then filled up the cooler and tied it in the center. We floated around all day, jumping off to swim occasionally and drinking. I hadn't had a weekend that fun or relaxing in quite awhile. It was fun to get away from the day to day stuff. It was nice to see my family when we got back though. They actually missed me!!

Diamond Lake
For our second mini vacation this summer we went with friends of ours camping at Diamond Lake. The trip though only four days was a very eventful trip. We bought a used tent trailer before making this journey, because as most all of you know I have a little trouble camping. I am not a big fan of dirt, bugs or sleeping on the ground. But contrary to what you may think, I do enjoy some parts of camping. I enjoy being with family and friends, the outdoor activities and the smores. So we loaded up Thursday morning and set out to find Diamond Lake, our friends had left the day before, and not 10 miles from home almost hit a deer on the highway. Jed swerved and the trailer fishtailed, but he was able to get it under control. Thank goodness! That would have been one short trip! We had been designated to pick up the booze for the festivities and decided to get it along the way. We have a brand new GPS, so we decided to try it out....Instead of taking us to the liquor store it took us to the guy who owns its house. After a few laughs and asking for directions, we continued our journey. We arrived at Diamond Lake and set up camp. It is a gorgeous location, but right out of the car, two things were noticed. There was a lot of dirt, but most importantly a lot of bugs. I am not talking your run of the mill bugs either. These bugs were the biggest and most determined bugs ever. The bug spray did not phase them, clothes did not phase them....nothing did. Heidi, Nicky and I decided to go on a bike ride around the lake one day while the kids were napping(don't worry their daddies were with them). The views were so beautiful, with the snow capped mountain behind the glass blue lake. It turned out to be an 11 mile ride, so we were a little tired. The crazy thing was when the path took us close to the water's edge the bugs would swarm. They went up your nose, in your ears and down your throat...so gross!! We did get to do a lot of swimming, we rented paddle boats, and visited with friends. Another highlight of the trip was horseback riding. Gabby went on her first horse ride. She was so excited! We had a very stubborn horse though and it was all I could do to keep him on the trail. I felt so bad because when he would wander off the trail, the shoehorn would hit Gabs right in the gut. It didn't deter her too much though because she still thinks it was the best part of the trip. The kids got so dirty every night, orphan Annie didn't compare. Each night we would haul all six kids to the showers and hold them down(most fought it)to rid them of the day's filth. Then the would be forbidden to get dirty again until morning. The trip was a lot of fun!!! We are hoping to go camping together again next year, but perhaps at a new location with a few less bugs!

Gabby is getting so big!
Two weeks ago we decided to go and get Gabby a new big girl bike before we went camping this summer. She had grown out of her trike awhile ago, so daddy and grandpa went to Walmart to pick one out. As a surprise to us Grandpa decided to buy Gabby the bike. She was so excited! I have been pretty excited about how quickly she has learned the brakes and everything. We did have one crash when she got a training wheel off the pavement and it sent her flying into the bushes. She cried but got up and got right back on! I can't wait for her to be big enough to accompany me on my bike rides.
Is she Italian?
The other day I was in the bathroom and the girls were eating lunch, when I heard this big crash. Quickly I come into the dining room to see what all the noise was about. Sitting at the table balling is Gabriella. Apparently she had accidently knocked her elbow into her bowl of ravioli and sent it flying all over the place. She was so upset, I guess she thought I was going to be mad. I on the other hand couldn't stop laughing. Perhaps she is living up to her firey Italian name.

The Zoo
Heidi and I decided with the help of her mom to take eight children to the zoo on July 3rd this year. We had been wanting to take them all summer, but our schedules weren't meshing. I'm sure a lot of you are thinking dumb, huh? Well aside from the horrendous traffic on the way home, it was a great day. The kids all had a blast! Everyone was really good and the only real whining came from the adults as we all pushed double joggers up the very steep hills. Why does it seem like all the zoo I've been too have these darn hills? Do they want to have you pass out? We totally lucked out with the weather, it was a beautiful warm day with a nice breeze. One of only about six we've had so far this summer. We were even smart and packed all of the kids lunches, the cost of feeding eight kids would have cost a fortune. The kids loved the animals, but it was especially great to see Gracie and Jacob's reactions since they had been babies the last time we went. They squeeled at everything and pointed their little fingers. It did help us forget the heat and the hills. The only bad part was unfortunately the traffic. Whenever it is really warm in Portland or Salem, the people flock to the beach. Combine that with the fact that it was fourth of July weekend, and you'll realize that I was doomed. Needless to say a two hour drive turned into a three hour twenty minute drive. Thank Goodness for gold fish crackers! They saved my sanity. All in all it was a wonderful adventure!
We're almost there...
My sister is getting married on August 15th!!! She is so excited and I am so happy for her. I know that she has wanted this for quite awhile. We are all wishing her a wonderful and happy marriage. There has been a lot to do for this occasion that has kept Lacey as well as the rest of us very busy. On June 28th my mom and I threw her a bridal shower. It turned out to be a lot of fun! Mom made some really tasty treats and we played a lot of great games. Turns out Lacey and Ryan do know each other well! What a relief! It was great to have an oppertunity to get all of Lacey's friends and our family together to celebrate. Congratulations Sissy! You are going to be a beautiful bride!!

Tillamook Parade
About two weeks ago we went to the Tillamook parade with my co-workers. For those who have not been to Oregon, Tillamook is the armpit. It is a dairy town where the Tillamook cheese factory is located. Needless to say it always has an odor of cow shit. I don't know how anyone lives there. The dental company I work for has an office along the parade route, so we all decided to go and make an event of it. My boss went all out with the food and had cheese sandwiches, popcorn, cow-tails (candy), and a specially designed cow cake made. The kids were so excited. Apparently the parade is the second largest in the state. They were thrown a lot of candy and were on a serious sugar high. It was pretty warm so we decided to go to a shady park for a picnic after the parade. Jed found a pretty tree and we took all of the kids pictures in it. I think we may make a tradition of this fun crazy parade and just pray that next year the wind blesses us again and blows the smell away.

Such a sucker!
The other day we went to McMinnville for a doctor's appt and that was when I was suckered. There were four parties involved in the ambush. Bad guy number one was my mother, she suggested we go look at some baby kitties in front of Petco. Bad guy number two was my sister who suggested we let Gabby hold one and take a picture with it. Bad guy number three was Gabby, who looked up at me with those sad eyes and said "oh mommy please." But I was standing strong, as many know we had a very bad kitty experiance last summer and I was determined not to repeat it. Last summer my husband brought home a stray cat that apparently was over run with ringworm and we didn't know it. Lets just say after two months of me, the kids, our friend's kids, and the dog covered in the ring-like rash. After several doctor appts, vet trips, and bleaching everthing I have been very weary of getting another cat. Enter in bad guy number four...my husband. My lovely sister(bad guy #2)texted the picture of Gabby and the cat and asked him if it was alright to get a kitty. I was confident that knowing how sketchy I was about cats, that he would back me up. Apparently not since we now own a kitten. With four against one I caved. I now have a cute little grey kitty with bright blue eyes. Hopefully the lord will watch over us and put a nice ringworm sheild over us. When you see the girls with Sammy(kitty) it is worth it. They love him so much! Here's Gracie with Sammy.

Our Weekend Getaway
This summer we have decided to do a few small trips as versus a big vacation. The decision was partly based on our hope of saving money and time. My husband is going to be starting his own business probably next year, so we are trying to build a nest egg, and my sister is getting married this summer. Needless to say I am very busy. So our first little weekend away was to Seaside, a beach town about two hours north of us. We went up Friday after work and had a blast! I think we tend to forget how many neat things are near us that we have yet to explore. We got a fabulous condo with a fireplace and jet tub...I was pleastantly surprised, and my husband let me enjoy a nice bath while we were there. Thank you honey! We tried to do all the tourist things we could in a short period of time.
1. We rode a surrey (those bikes with two pedals that look like cars) and almost died. I have forgotten how hard those things are to ride. My poor husband was sweating so badly, as the little hoodlums yelled "faster Faster".
2. We shopped the boardwalk and saw a lot of beautiful things.
3. Rode the rides (carousel-I had to litterally pry Gracie's hands off the golden bar!) (Tilt-a-Whirl: Gabby and I rode it right after lunch, luckily she didn't puke, I didn't even think about it until half way through-good mom huh?)
4. We took the girls swimming in a pool that was so cold, I couldn't even get in..good thing for tough skinned husbands!
5. Went to Fort Clatsop where Lewis and Clark set up camp after their trek to the Pacific. There was a very realistic replica of the fort and a lot of trails to hike and view.(Got to stick some education into your trips right?)
6. Of course we ate and ate well!!!!(Thanks Nick and Dawn you sneaky sweeties)
We were all sorry to leave and Gabby keeps asking when we are going to move back into our hotel, but I'm sure more wonderful adventures await us soon. I will at some point get my husband to look forward to vacation. He is such a home body, but each trip I see a few more smiles. Maybe one day.....

Gracie's surgery
On the fourth, Gracie went in to have surgery on her ears. She has been suffering from chronic ear infections for months now, so we were referred to an ENT who recomended we put tubes in her ears to help the fluid drain. It is a relatively simple procedure, so I jumped at the chance to help my little girl. It was scheduled for last Thursday at a hospital that is about an hour away and we were supposed to check in an hour early. Needless to say I was a nervous wreck! I was a little nervous about the surgery just because they all tell you how upset your baby will be when they wake up, but mainly I was stressing about the no food or drink thing. My daughter's first word every morning is EAT!! She is like her father and is always worried about where her next meal will be coming from, and she drinks like she lives in the sahara desert. Sooo that morning I get her up and try to distract her while getting her ready. She was doing alright until her sister began demanding a drink. So at five thirty in the morning I have two children screaming about drinks and we haven't even gotten out the door. Luckily since Jed wasn't able to come with me my mom had agreed to meet me there, so she helped me keep Gracie distracted until she had to go back. That child is so smart! She knew something was up the minute we got there. She tried to slap any nurse who tried to touch her and yelled no them. This was really a shock to me because she normally is really easy going and loves all people. When they came to take her back the youngest anethesiologist ever came to get her. I swear she was younger than me, but then I remembered we did graduate 10 years ago. Damn I feel old! They had to pry her little arms off of my neck and the whole way down the hall she screamed my MaMa!! I was a mess, my mommy nicely hugged me and dried my tears. She got out of surgery fairly quickly, but boy was she pissed when she came out. She didn't know what she wanted, she'd reach for the Jello and you would try to give her a bite and she'd hurl it across the room. Hug you one minute and head butt you the next. She reminded me of Jeckyl and Hyde. After about a half hour she finally calmed down. We got to take her home about an hour later, glad that it was over. No matter how big or small, no arent likes to see their baby in the hospital. Thank goodness my mom came with me, and thank goodness Gracie did so well. Now she is like a brand new lady! Her vocabulary has trippled in just three days. Here are some pictures the doctor took to show me she calmed down once they got to the opperating room.

Rough housing can be dangerous!!
So... I thought that I would be cute and try to sneek up on my husband and snap him with a towel last night. I am not very good at it so it didn't quite turn out as shocking and surprising as I had hoped (I guess I need to practice). Instead I was the one shocked and dismayed, He turned around on a dime and charged. Trying to get away I ran into the bathroom, turned around and he was already on me. Seeing him bearing down on me was a little frightening, he's a big guy. Anyway I tripped and we both went down into the tub taking the whole shower curtain and rod with us, rings shattered and flew everywhere. We couldn't stop laughing for at least 20 mins...needless to say now I have to go buy a new shower curatin and rings. Sometimes being silly can cost you money:)

Spring is Here!
Wow... spring is finally beginning to show it's head here in Oregon! All I can say is Thank God! I believe if any more color gets drained from my skin they will be asking me to participate in the albino documentery. We have all been keeping very busy and enjoyning the sun. Last week I went with a friend and we went hunting for glass floats on the beach. It is a big thing in Lincoln city that they do every year from about Sept through May, The glass factories and artists blow beautiful glass floats and hide them periodically on the beach for people to find. I have always wanted to go, but have yet to find someone to accompany me. That is until now....and on my first try I found one!!! I was so excited, it is a beautiful rose color.
Hopefully my luck will continue and one day I'll find another one. It was really fun just looking too though.

Happy Mother's Day!
I just wanted to wish a Happy Mother's Day to all of my friends and family who are mothers today. Being a mother is such a difficult job, perhaps the most difficult you will ever have to do and no one gives mothers enough credit. What other job is it alright to get screamed at, make meals, clean, do laundry, shuttle people at all times of the day or night? All the while running the risk of getting hit by some form of bodily fluid and to top it all off with no pay!!! However I wouldn't doubt that almost all mothers wouldn't change it for the world. Because underneath all the hard work is a lot of joy. Watching these little beings that you gave birth to or raise become the people that they were meant to be with your guidance is amazing! Knowing that when they remeber someone's hurt feelings or try to help someone when they fall, give to those who don't have or just say thank you, a mother can feel proud that some of the lessons they try so hard to teach have been heard. So to all those fabulous mothers out there today....know that you are loved and above all appreciated, even if it doesn't always feel that way. No one knows how hard mothers work more than other mothers!! Today is your day....Enjoy!

How can my baby be four?
Time just seems to always just fly by and nothing is bigger proof of that then watching your children grow. My first baby girl Gabriella turned four years old on April 10th, it seems only yesterday I was bringing her into the world. She is growing up to be such a smart, beautiful and curious little girl. She is very sweet and empathetic to others feelings. We celebrated this wonderful event by having a party at chuck-e-cheese. She hasn't stopped talking about it since we went to one in CA on vacation last summer, so we drove the hour to take her. What a blast she had!!! As did most of the adults... I think they used more tokens then the kids. For her b-day we also took her to her first movie. We went to see the Monsters vs Aliens movie and is was so funny watching her face as she watched the movie. Her feet barely went past the edge of the seat, and her eyes were so large with excitement. Part of me wants to freeze her so she doesn't get any older, but part of me is curious to see her continue to blossom. Words can't express how much I love her.

Sickness !!!!
Ahhhhh!! The frustration of the Oregon winter has got me in it's grips. Honestly before this winter my children have always been really healthy, but.....now we are in the grips of disease! We have already been through both girls having the stomach flu, tonsilitis, and now some strange new virus has attacked! My poor babies:( I just wish this would all go away and return my smiling beautiful babies. Ones with no fevers, no coughs, no runny noses and most of all NO more vomiting!!! Please come Mr. sun and drive the gray skies away!! Hopefully tomorrow will bring me good news as we go to the doctor for the third time in a week. (No I'm not paranoid enough to usually take them to the dr. that often but, Gracie has been on the verge of hospitilization and is going to be checked yet again)

I'm so proud
Sometimes when you least expect it your children can really surprise and delight you. Yesterday at Gabriella's dance class, her and a few friends were playing a game. She noticed a little girl that was standing to the side and she told everyone to stop because the other little girl looked like she really wanted to play too. She went over to her took her little hand and invited her to join in. I was so excited and proud at that moment of my daughter's compassion. I really hope that she retains these qualities as she grows and continues through life. Maybe I'm not screwing up too bad:)

A fun weekend in Gold Beach
Jed's grandparents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, so we decided to travel to Gold Beach with his parents to attend the festivities. We had a great time visiting with all of the family and they all thought the girl's were so precious. Thank God they were both on their best behavior! We stopped on the way down there at Prehistoric Gardens, a dinosaur statue park that Jed's great-grandfather helped create in the 50's . Gabby loved looking at all the life size dinosaurs, she hasn't put down the brochure since we left. On our way home we stopped at the Bandon Wild Game Park. It was absolutely pouring....but we had promised to take her. So we just got soaked to the bone. It was neat though they had a lot of cool animals and the let you hold and feed some of the babies. Since we were literally the only guests in the park, they let us hold them for quite awhile. Guess everyone else had the sense to stay indoors:) However we got to feet a black spotted baby leopard, a lynx, and some baby skunks. They were so cute....but the cuteset part was seeing the smiles on my girls' faces...it was totally worth being drowned.
